2023 Chaste Maiden Olive Oil 375 ml

Our olive oil is produced from 10 different olive varieties of Italian and Spanish heritage all grown organically. We hand harvest in the late fall to early winter, usually from November to late December. The olives are picked when we feel the resulting oil will have a fruity, grassy aromatic quality with a modicum of pungency that one would find in a fine Tuscan olive oil.

It is cold-pressed at Olivino in Hopland. The resultant oil is green and pungent, making it a perfect finishing or dipping oil.
