2019 Barbera

For a varietal that can sometimes be a little rough around the edges, our 2019 Barbera stands out for its polish and finesse. Focused aromatics of black and red cherry, with hints of vanilla bean, rose petal, and dried exotic spice. In the mouth the wine impresses with a round, medium-full body and an almost surprisingly silky texture. Lush red fruits and an elusive menthol note are carried by Barberas classic acidity, which acts here as a support act rather than the main event.
