2023 Apple Cider

The first bottling of cider from 2023 is a blend of the 30+ apple varieties we grow on our property, many of which are rare heirlooms found in only a few other orchards in California. We enjoyed a bumper crop on our quince trees in 2021 as well: at 20% of the blend, they bring an ethereal floral quality to the nose of this cider, and frame the mouth with almost wine-like tannin. Bottle-conditioned for carbonation, no residual sugar, no additives, 7.5% alcohol."
