2016 Viognier

Field Notes

Winemaker Notes
You're standing on the farm, admiring the view of Geyser Peak, when suddenly your senses are inundated by a fragrant blooming jasmine bush in a breeze. Oh wait, no, it was a glass of our 2016 Viognier! Delightfully fragrant, crisply refreshing with a richness on the palate, hinting at some lemon on the finish, this is another great vintage of Viognier from our blocks abutting Dry Creek. The gravelly Yolo Loam soil puts out some beautiful grapes with a delicate minerality. Pour one out with a fish or chicken dish, and be sure to share the delight of this wine with others.
